you have to buy one of these, incredible is all i can say.

Excellent cross trainer. Very smooth and virtually silent operation. Compares very favourably with any I have used in commercial gyms. IConsole is better than I expected. Very simple to set up. Just download free app and connect iPad using Bluetooth. The iRoute feature is also impressive. Pick a route in any location in the world and watch images from location as you “travel” along the route (so long as google maps has the images). The resistance will change along with changes in gradient as you progress along. IConsole stores and logs details of each workout. Highly recommended.

The iroute works very well on my iPad, keeps me motivated which is half the battle.

Went to look at a running machine but ended up buying a Flow Fitness DCT250 iconsole on 18/3/2014. I have to say I made the right choice.
Took it home for self assembly.
Experienced no problems with the assembly. On reflection another pair of hands would have made it easier, someone to hold the parts when the crosstrainer is being assembled.
In any case I managed without any difficulties.
Used the machine that evening. Richard was right it will give you a decent workout.
Tried the iconsole. Again Richard was right, the crosstrainer responds to the gradients on the course I had plotted near my home. I could feel the tension increase when I came to an incline/hill. Also fun to use the street/road view, acts as a nice distraction.
Up to this point pleased with my purchase.
