If you want to let the treadmill take control of your workout, the T40 has 44 unique training programmes which will provide you a challenging workout.

Had been on the ropes about getting the competence T40 for weeks and really wish now I had purchased it straight away… It is a STUNNING treadmill!! has absolutely everything you need including which I didn’t realise a step counter, It is really well built and very steady and not as noisy as I expected so it’s just perfect exercising away while watching something on tv. If you’re in need of a treadmill when these come back in stock I would say seriously consider this one. wish I could give it 6 stars.
