The Tunturi Strengthbags are the combination of a kettlebell, medicine ball and barbell together. The strengthbag, also, can be used or referred to as Powerbag or sandbag in a variety of exercises. The Stengthbags are manufactured with four different handles to hold in various postures. With different grips; the arms, legs, shoulders and back can be trained.
The material of the Tunturi strengthbag is extremely durable and can be used both outside and inside. These bags are ideal to use during boot camp or crossfit. The strengthbag is available in the following weights;
