The York 530 Weight Bench is a well constructed bench with 4 position adjustable backrest (incline to decline), 3 position height adjustable seat, heavy duty 2″ uprights, height adjustable bar racks and leg unit with thick foam rollers. It has a max load of 200kg (including the user). To add further exercises to this bench a lat tower and arm curl pad are able to purchase separately.
