The York Fitness Active 120 Exercise Bike is a great option for a challenging home cardio workout.
The large comfortable padded seat is fully adjustable (height and reach) to obtain the optimum cycling position. The self leveling pedals and secure straps ensure effective foot placement. Combining a 3 piece crank with a large 7 KG flywheel ensures the bike gives a smooth and challenging ride. There are 16 levels of magnetic resistance to work through giving great variation to workouts and helping you develop your cardiovascular fitness.
A user-friendly 5.75″ LCD console is simple to use and offers 18 workouts to keep you challenged, motivated and help you reach your individual fitness goals. Heart rate sensors are built into the handlebars, with the results displayed on the console.
