The York Curl bar has 4 x 30mm thick rubber/urethane ergonomic grips.The angles of the grips are ideal for users who find it difficult to use a straight bar to curl with, the bar can also reduce stress placed on the elbow when doing heavy lifts.

York has applied its signature “split sleeve” to each bar and designed a precision internal dual roll pin sleeve assembly. The replacement of the outdated bolt sleeve design means the bar will not loosen or detach.
