More possibilities with the VirtuFit KH300 home gym

The high pulley with lat bar can be used for various lat pulldown and press down exercises, the low pulley with straight bar can be used for raises, curls and rowing, among other things. The KH300 multi-gym is also easy to convert to a cable station by attaching the included wrist straps. With these cables you have almost as many options as with dumbbells. For example, train abs with the cable crunches and woodchoppers, cable rows for your back and the cable leg raises and cable hip extensions to train your buttocks and legs. The handles are equipped with foam for a comfortable fit into the hand.

In addition to the above options, the KH300 has many more options. This power station has a butterfly, also called Pec Deck, for pectoral flies. These are also adjustable to a chest press. These exercises are ideal for training your chest muscles. The VirtuFit KH300 also has a leg developer with a foam roller for leg extensions. With this exercise you train your legs and develop muscular thighs.

Power station with compact design

Thanks to the clever design of the VirtuFit KH300 home gym, it is easy to use in smaller spaces. You perform the exercises on or in front of the home gym, so there is enough space at the sides to place other devices or do exercises.

The sturdy frame is made of powder-coated steel, is very wear-resistant and requires little or no maintenance. The total weight stack of the KH300 is 86 kg and is divided into 12 blocks of 6.8 kg and one of 4.5 kg. The sturdy lumbar cushions have a filling of 4 cm foam and ensure a comfortable workout. The backrest and seat are both adjustable, making the home gym comfortable to use for people between 150 and 200 cm tall. The sturdy steel cables have also been tested for up to 1000 kg load.

No More Skipping Leg Day with the Leg Press extension (KH350)

With the VirtuFit Leg Press extension for the KH300 you train the muscles in the lower body. Thanks to the wide footrest with anti-slip structure and large handles, you can comfortably perform exercises. For example, choose the normal leg press, a one-leg leg press or train your calves by placing only your toes on the edge of the footrest.
