The Perform Pro adapts fully to your training intensity: the harder and faster you pull, the more resistance the flywheel system generates. The extremely robust build — a 2.5 mm steel frame with heavy stabilisers — delivers a stable training experience even under the most explosive efforts. A high-grade 2.95 mm UHMWPE cord and smooth-rotating pulleys on industrial sealed bearings give you a fluid, reliable stroke every time.

User-friendly LCD console

The clear LCD console keeps you in full control of every session. The bright display instantly shows all key metrics: time, 500 m split, strokes per minute (SPM), total strokes, distance, calories burned and power output in watts. It offers 5 programs, including an HRC program for heart-rate-based training and a Race program that pits you against a virtual opponent. In manual mode you can set targets for time, distance, strokes or calories to keep every workout challenging. The console also features a handy integrated tablet holder.

Ergonomics and ease of use

Ergonomic handles and a well-considered pull system let you train both simultaneously (double pole) and alternately (classic technique) for effective core and upper-body work.
