Do you deliver outside the UK and Ireland?

03. Warranties

What warranty comes with your fitness equipment?

We offer unbeatable warranties including lifetime coverage on frames and motors (on applicable products). Standard warranties are 12 months for parts and labor unless otherwise stated.

How do I activate my warranty?

You must register your equipment within 30 days of receiving it using our online Product Registration form to validate full warranty coverage.

What is not covered under warranty?

Normal wear and tear, user error, unauthorized repairs, and issues from improper installation are not covered. Please consult the full warranty policy or contact us for clarification.

04. Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging. You’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If it’s damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

Are there any fees for cancelling an order?

Orders cancelled after shipping may be subject to return freight charges and a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations before dispatch are free of charge.
