It’s an excellent alternative to traditional heavy bags, offering both resistance and recoil similar to striking a live opponent.

Manufactured from UV-stabilised marine-grade PVC, this bag is highly durable and resistant to wear and tear in both indoor and outdoor environments. The industrial-strength moulded eye hole and included Dee shackle ensure a secure hang even during intense sessions.

Watertight and reliable filling system

Each bag includes a NB Valve Plug with a heavy-duty screw cap and rubber O-ring, ensuring a tight, leak-proof seal. Filling is simple with the included adaptor and instructions. Water bags are supplied empty to make transport and setup more convenient.
