The Flow Fitness Rubber Gym Tile is designed with durability and functionality in mind, making it an ideal choice for any fitness room or sports environment. This tile is produced using an extra firm compression of fine rubber granules, resulting in a dense and easy-to-maintain surface. With a weight of 17.5 kg and a thickness of 2 cm, this tile offers excellent resistance to heavy loads, making it highly suitable for use with weights and fitness equipment.

What size are the tiles?

The tiles are 1sqm (square meter) each. The dimensions are 1000*1000*20mm

Do I need to Glue the tiles?

No, the tiles come with a plastic connector that provide a perfect fit. The connectors are provided free of charge with your order. You get 4 connectors per tile. You can loose lay the tiles on the subfloor. To cut the tiles against the walls you just need a straight edge and a (Sharp) stanley knife.

How do I work out how many tiles I need?

If the room is reasonable square or recangular then take measurements of the width and the length of the walls.

Round these up to the nearest meter and then multiply together. We then recommend adding 10% for wastage and cuts.

Example:

• Room measurements = 3.6m x 8.8m
• Roundup becomes: 4m x 9m = 36sqm
• + 10 % for wastage = 40sqm or 40 tiles required

Straight and Corner Ramps

Ramp tiles are available for thresholds or to finish off when not against a wall. The ramps provide a seemless transition to subfoor height. You can create freestanding free weight areas just where required, rather than flooring complete areas.
