How to Use the Low Row

1. Sit on the machine and adjust the weight stack accordingly.
2. Slightly straighten your legs and lean back so the weight releases from the stack.
3. Pull the bar towards your stomach, driving through your elbows and tucking them in by your side.
4. Slowly return the bar to the starting position, keeping your back straight throughout.
5. Maintain a smooth, controlled motion — exhale as you pull, inhale as you return. Do not hold your breath.
