Technical Specifications

How to Use the Rear Kick

1. Set the machine to suit your height and take hold of the handles provided.
2. Hinge your hips forward slightly and slightly bend the knee of the leg staying on the floor.
3. Lift your primary leg, bend the knee slightly, and place it on the foot pad.
4. Kick your primary leg straight out behind you, keeping a slight bend in the knee, until at least parallel to the floor.
5. Hold and squeeze your glute for a few seconds before slowly lowering, then repeat on the other leg.
6. Maintain a smooth, controlled motion — exhale as you press, inhale as you return. Do not hold your breath.
