What we do
A strength & cardio gym install that we carried out for Hazelwood Integrated College a few years ago.
For cardio, we use Flow Fitness DTM3500i Treadmills, Perform X4 Crosstrainers, B3i Bikes & WaterRower machines. The strength equipment we use included York Fitness barbell & dumbell sets, Tunturi slam balls & Inspire Fitness FT1 & FT2 Functional Trainers. Along with some gym flooring supplied by Granuflex.
