The Tunturi Cardio Fit R30 Rower is a great entry-level home rowing machine. Suitable for usage up to 2 hours per day and a maximum user weight of 110KG. The Tunturi Cardio Fit range of cardio equipment is made with home users in mind and the R30 Rower is no exception – the rail can be folded away and the transport wheels make it easy to move the rower when it is not in use. The saddle is padded for extra comfort during your workout and you can adjust the foot straps to fit your feet.
Keep track of your fitness progress with the adjustable LCD monitor. This shows you speed, time, distance and calories burned. Switch between the 8 resistance levels with the adjustment knob locatated below the main display.
