The water-filled Hydro Soft Cell fits into your Powerbag PT to create an unstable load. Hydro soft cell is an internal water bladder where weight and therefore stability maybe adjusted, the Hydro cell may also be removed and used as a traditional water bag. One soft cell weighs 10KG.
