Warranty Details

Guarantee is only valid for the original purchase. Normal wear is not within the guarantee. Brake Pads are consumable, so not with the guarantee (you may need to replace brake pads as often as 3-6 months depending how much the product is used).
Battery power running out in the console is not under guarantee. Improper assembly or maintenance or the installation of part or accessories not compatible with the original intended use of the training cycle, as sold, are not covered by the guarantee. Follow the regular maintenance guidance laid out in manual.
Commercial Maintenance
In commercial environment you need to oil the equipment daily and wipe off the sweat. Failing to do this might result of product rusting. Rust on the product is not covered under the warranty. It is maintenance issue.
In commercial environments you need to check alignment / parallel screws the pedals into crank of pedals and tighten pedals weekly. Failing to do this might result in damage to the crank threading. Damage on the pedal/crank thread is not within the warranty. It is maintenance issue.
