Tom –
I’ve had this nearly 2 months and love it. If I didn’t I doubt I would have used it most days for 45 – 60 mins. I follow the guided sessions on the Kaiser App for my iPad and it couldn’t be simpler. It is the most elegantly designed spin bike available so it looks really cool in my conservatory! Plenty of adjustment for a custom fit. As a confirmed bikie I use a standard road bike sadle and Look pedals to fit my cycling shoes. However saddles are a personal choice and the Kaiser one is good quality and probably perfect for a gym. Same goes for the Kaiser pedals – being Shimano SPD compatible is brilliant. One thing that worried me before I bought it was what length the cranks would be – something I am a bit fussy about. I was pleased that they are 170mm which is perfect. Also I was worried about the Q factor which is more than on any road bike but I haven’t noticed any problems. I anticipate using it outside in my garden in the summer and because it is relatively light (no massive flywheel) and has wheels it is easy for me to move. Great customer service from Fitness Equipment as well.

This bike is a cut above the rest, I had been going to spin classes for about two years before I bought this bike and decided to get one for the flat to use as well. I really wanted to go with something top of the range, I have no regret. Perfect bike.
